If you are currently using one of our Program CDs and are experiencing technical problems, please send us an email with the following information to speed up the support process. Fully describe the problem, such as, what function you were using when the error occurred and any error codes that appeared when the program failed.
Compatibility Issues
All Digital Downloads are .mp4 video files designed to be compatible with either iPhone, iPod, iPad devices.
Our DVD video Slide Shows are designed to be compatible with any DVD player.

Program CDs are designed to be compatible with Windows, XP and Vista. They will run on Windows 7 in Windows Virtual XP mode.
        Please follow the install instructions in the Program CD Startup Guide.
Program CD Lost Registration Key or new computer
If you have lost your original registration information for the Tracking Program CD, (name and registration key code) please e-mail us to request a new registration key at support@hobbysoftware.net
